Introducing Our New Chief Human Resources Officer: Mishael Uwadiae

We are excited to introduce our new Chief Human Resource Officer:  Mishael Uwadiae, SHRM-SCP.

Mishael joined People's Center Clinics & Services in March 2022 to lead human resources and support our employees through employee engagement, retention and succession strategies, best practices around organizational design and change management, promoting diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.

With a background in Computer Science and Business Administration, Mishael has decades of experience leading people, managing business systems, operations, and administrative processes. 

He is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which is for human resource professionals functioning at the strategic level performing duties such as developing HR policies and strategies, and overseeing the execution of integrated HR operations, or directing an entire HR enterprise.

During his free time, Mishael enjoys traveling and has visited many countries across Europe, Africa, and North America. When Mishael isn't reading he's either playing soccer or supporting his favorite English Premier League Club, Chelsea Football Club.
